cOWORKING SPACE: LIBRARY
In a multi family building with hundreds of residents, we understood the need for a quiet place that cultivated focus and productivity. we divided one of the larger amenity spaces into smaller areas that felt more private and welcoming. a custom bookshelf wall was designed to act as a privacy partition without making residents feel isolated. books, art and accessories help to create a warm ambiance that is not typical to large building living.

The inclusion of multiple work zones ensures privacy and concentration, fostering a laid-back yet energizing setting for all.
